Return & Refund Window
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Return Eligibility
Your item must meet the following conditions:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging
- Tags and labels must be intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)
Non-returnable items include:
- Customized or personalized shirts
- Sale or discounted items
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

Refunds
Once your item is received and inspected, weβll notify you about the approval status.
If approved:
- COD orders: Refunded via Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer
- Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method
Refund time: Within 5β7 working days after approval.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Sent in the wrong size or design
Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Return Shipping
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will bear the return shipping.
- Always use a trackable courier when sending items back.
Important Notes
- Please do not return any item without contacting us first.
- If the returned item does not meet our policy, we will return it back to you.
