At ZARROX, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to help.

Return & Refund Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your item. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

Your item must meet the following conditions:

• • Unworn and unused

• • In original packaging

• • Tags and labels must be intact

• • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number, invoice, etc.)

Non-returnable items include:

• • Customized or personalized shirts

• • Sale or discounted items

• • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products

Refunds

Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

• • COD orders: Refunded via Easypaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer

• • Online payments: Refunded to the original payment method

Refund time: Within 5–7 working days after approval.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• • Defective

• • Damaged

• • Sent in the wrong size or design

Exchange is allowed only once per order.

Return Shipping

• • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

• • If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product, we will bear the return shipping.

• • Always use a trackable courier when sending items back.

Important Notes

• • Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

• • If the returned item does not meet our policy, we will return it back to you.
